Who provides the service

Burning Bridges Video Maker is an independently operated online service. You can reach the operator through the Support page or at hello@burningbridgesvideo.net. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights you have where you live.

Burning Bridges Video Maker is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any artist, show, label or platform.

The service

You upload one photo and we render one short video from it using our own scene: one 15-second 720p 9:16 MP4, with sound. The scene and any sound are created for the video. No reference video is uploaded and no existing song is added.

Generation and checkout depend on the live status shown on the site. When something is unavailable, the matching button stays disabled. We may change, pause or remove features.

Your photos

You must have the right to use every photo you submit. The people in it must be you or adults who have agreed to it. Do not upload photos of children, or material that violates someone's privacy, intellectual property or the law. How photos are processed and how long they are kept is described in the Privacy Policy.

Safety and results

Every photo and every finished video passes an automated moderation check. Requests that do not pass are not generated or delivered.

AI video can differ from your photo in likeness, movement, framing and timing. We do not promise a particular likeness or quality, and we do not promise a completion time. Review every result before you use or share it. You are responsible for how you use and share your videos.

Do not use the service to create unlawful, abusive, deceptive or harmful material, to impersonate someone, or to expose private information. Do not try to bypass access controls or disrupt the service.

Accounts

Sign-in is required to buy credits and to generate. Choosing and previewing a photo works without an account. Keep your sign-in private and tell us through Support if you think your account is being misused.

Payment and credits

Credits are bought before generating, in one-off packs: Single Video for $3.99 or 3-Video Pack for $9.99. There is no subscription and nothing renews. One video uses 1 of your video credits. Credits are added once the payment processor confirms the payment.

A render that definitely fails returns the credit to your balance. If the outcome of a request is unclear, its credit stays reserved until we have checked it; do not submit the same request again in the meantime. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

Ownership

You keep your rights in the photos you submit. Our interface, text and software remain ours. These terms do not transfer ownership of your material to us. By submitting a photo you give us permission to store and process it, and to share it with the processing providers named in the Privacy Policy, only to render and deliver your video and to keep the service safe. We do not use your photos or videos as public samples or in advertising. We claim no ownership of the videos made for you: subject to these terms and to the rights of anyone shown in them, you may download, post and share them.

Liability

The service is provided as it is, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
