Who we are

Burning Bridges Video Maker is an independently operated online service. For any privacy question or request, contact us through the Support page or at hello@burningbridgesvideo.net.

Your photos and generated videos

Choosing a photo only creates a preview in your browser. The photo is re-encoded in your browser, which removes location and camera metadata, and it stays on your device until you press the make button while signed in.

When you submit a request, we upload your one photo to private storage and share short-lived access links with two kinds of service providers:

• a third-party AI video provider, which renders the video from your photo and our own scene description;
• a third-party content moderation service, which checks your photo and the finished video automatically.

These providers receive only what they need for their part of the job. Processing may take place outside your country. The providers are: Cloudflare for site delivery, private media storage and application records; Kie for video rendering; SeeAPI for content moderation; Stripe for checkout; and Google if you choose Google sign-in. We do not promise a particular processing region, and our deletion controls do not delete copies a provider keeps under its own terms.

Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have agreed to it. Do not upload photos of children.

How long we keep files

• Source photos are kept for up to 24 hours after upload.
• Finished videos are kept for 6 days. Each result shows its own download deadline.
• You can delete a finished video earlier with Delete video now. This removes our stored copies of that request's media. It does not undo a completed video or refund its credit.

Automatic deletion from storage runs in the background, so physical removal can follow the deadline by a short time; access ends at the deadline. Files you have downloaded are under your control. Copies held by our service providers are governed by their own retention terms.

Accounts and payments

Sign-in is required to buy credits and to generate. Depending on how you sign in, we receive your email address and, for Google sign-in, your name and profile image. We store account identifiers, request status, credit transactions and support messages to run your account.

Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We store the order reference, amount, payment status and the credits you bought. We never receive your full card number.

Analytics

Optional analytics load only if they are enabled for this site and you choose Allow in the analytics bar. They receive cleaned public page paths and a small set of product steps. They never receive your photos, file names, email address, or account, request and order identifiers. You can change your choice at any time with the Analytics choices control. Security

Photos and videos are stored privately and delivered through short-lived signed links. Treat a download link as private: anyone you share it with can use it until it expires. No online service can promise complete security.

Your choices and rights

You can remove a selected photo before submitting, delete a finished video, and ask us to delete your account or tell you what we hold about you. Contact us through Support or at hello@burningbridgesvideo.net. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
