What you buy

Burning Bridges Video Maker sells one-off video packs: Single Video for $3.99 or 3-Video Pack for $9.99. The exact price is shown before you go to the secure checkout. There is no subscription and nothing renews. One video uses 1 of your video credits, and credits are added once the payment processor confirms the payment.

A buy button is only shown while checkout is available. Choosing and previewing a photo never creates a charge.

When a credit is returned

A render that definitely fails returns its credit to your balance, and a request that is stopped by a moderation check does not cost you a credit. This is a credit return, not a card refund: the credit was never used, so there is no payment to reverse.

If the outcome of a request is unclear — for example the provider did not answer — its credit stays reserved until we have checked what happened. We never send the same paid request twice on our own. Please do not submit it again while it is under review; contact Support if it stays unresolved.

A result you simply do not like — likeness, movement or framing that differs from what you expected — is not a failed render and does not include another attempt or a refund.

Payment refunds

Credits that were used for a delivered video are not refundable.

For credits you bought and did not use, contact us with your order reference. Unused credits are eligible for a refund review. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment processor, and the matching credits are removed.

Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
